I had the privilege of attending Kavita’s class a few years ago. She’s a wonderful instructor. Sometime back I got to know that she was taking Krishnamacharya yoga which is also a kind of therapy yoga. I joined the classes almost 2 months ago & am truly blessed to be practicing yoga under such trained & experienced instructors. Saravana sir & Uma are also extremely good. I realized that I’m able to strengthen my weak muscles & feeling energetic. I’m loving my yoga class & the mantra & pranayama are just wonderful.
