How does Hypnosis Work?

In a hypnotic state we reduce the number of cycles to less than 18.

When the number of cycles reduces the root cause of the problem emerges.

In a state of Hypnosis the vibrations in the mind come down. You get a different kind of clarity, alertness and calmness!

The brain wave alternates in a certain cycle.

Usually the number of cycles is in the range of 18-32Hz. In this state the number of thoughts and disturbances are high. Effectiveness is less. Stress is high.

In a hypnotic state we reduce the number of cycles to less than 18. It can go down to as less as 3-6 Hz too; depending on the focus and trust the client has in the process.

When the number of cycles reduces the root cause of the problem emerges. Otherwise we may end analyzing with data for years.

For example one may come with relationship issues with his or her spouse. Yet the real problem could be attachment issues one had developed with his or her mother as an infant. Trust, dependency and possessiveness issues show up in adult relationships due to unresolved trust issues with parents and caretakers. One keeps searching for what one did not get from parents from the spouse. This causes issues.

Similarly financial issues, insecurity issues, abundance and success issues also stem from the type of relationship one has had with their father or a male caretaker. If one’s father has had continuous insecurity and financial issues then the child would have copied the experiences. Then it becomes very difficult to overcome till we do an internal restructuring.

Hypnotherapy is not just remembering the past. In that state active work is done to clear unwanted emotions which have been held back, suppressed. These can be re-lived and released.

Conscious Reliving is a key aspect of hypnotherapy. You will not be unconscious. This means that you will be trance consciously reliving what the unconscious mind gives to us in the process.

Since in that state there needs to be deep focus working with a hypnotherapist will help to stay focused with guidance and resolve.
