Let me explain to you what Hypnotherapy is in brief

Hypnotherapy is a technique that employs the hypnotic state, which allows for changes in perception and memory, a significant increase in response to suggestion, and the ability to manage many physiologic functions that are normally involuntary. 

Hypnotherapy employs guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to induce a heightened state of awareness known as a trance. 

While in this state, the person's attention is so focused that anything going on around them is temporarily blocked or ignored consciously.

 In this naturally occurring state, the person may direct his or her attention to specific thoughts or tasks with the assistance of a trained therapist.

A person in a hypnotic state is more open to discussion and suggestions. It can boost the effectiveness of other treatments for a variety of conditions, including phobias, fears, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms, and anxiety.
